Month 10 of what can only be described as a hectic year has now completed and things are finally starting to calm down. How long things will stay calm for is a different challenge (with the answer likely being 'not for long').
A trip to Scotland has helped provide some relaxation, visiting the western parts while enjoying some scenic drives / great food. While the drive to get there is always significant, it's definitely worth it.
Of course, it wouldn't be a recap of my month without something being wrong with the car. This time it appears to be the EGR (dreaded by all diesel motorists), with a lumpy idle and the dreaded flat-spot between a certain rev-range. Looks like I have some maintenance to perform to get it back to full health.
From a tech perspective I now have a Starlink Mini to experiment with. The plan is to bring in on trips (both internal and abroad), and also use it as a redundant connection.
